BIO

WHAT GOT YOU INTO FITNESS?
What got me into fitness is, when I was 20 years old I was 100 pounds and skinny as a stick. I wanted to gain more self confidence and I wanted to gain muscle mass and look like the guys in the magazines so that is when I started my fitness journey.
WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF INSPIRATION?
My source of inspiration are Jason Poston, Arnold, and my fellow EVL team mates!
WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS?
My current fitness goals are to maintain a lean physique year around and grow my overall size every year
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EVL SUPPLEMENTS?
My top supplement is PumpMode! My other favorites are, ENGN, BCAA Energy, FocusMode and all of the Proteins.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?
Sumo Deadlifts
WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT?
My biggest Achievement is placing top 5 at Junior nationals in Men's Physique. 
WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING?
The two biggest things that keep me going are, seeing results in the mirror and getting stronger in the gym.

Go to cheat meal is BJ's Brewhouse Burger and a Pazoki!
