100% Isolate: Add 1 scoop of 100% ISOLATE to 6 oz of your favorite liquid such as water, skim milk or unsweetened almond milk. Stir with a spoon or shake in a cup for 15-20 seconds until protein powder fully dissolves.

Recovermode: As a dietary supplement mix 1 scoop of RecoverMode in 12-14 oz of cold water (vary amount of water by taste preference) immediately after training.

Sleepmode: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2 capsules) 30-60 minutes before bedtime or as directed by your health care professional. Take only once daily and use only as directed.

Magnesium Citrate: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal or as recommended by a physician.
