Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST. Requests made outside this time will be answered during normal business hours. All queries are answered in the order they are received, and delays may occur from time to time.

Please refrain from contacting us through multiple methods of communication regarding the same issue as this can lead to delays in response.

 

SHIPPING
We only ship to locations within the United States. For international customers, please check out our Where to Buy page to see where EVLution Nutrition products are sold in your country.

Our team normally processes orders within 24-48 hours after they are placed. Please see below for normal shipping estimates after the order has been processed.

Contiguous US:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Alaska & Hawaii:
Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

PLEASE NOTE: Carriers may experience shipping delays from time to time. So while we make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, delays may occur so please allow extra time for delivery.

IMPORTANT: Your order may be shipped in multiple packages and/or deliveries. If you have not received your full order with the first delivery, don’t worry as the rest of your order should arrive within 1-2 business days afterwards.

  

RETURN POLICY
If you purchased products through evlnutrition.com and would like to return it, please see below for the guidelines:

Product may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days after date of purchase, for items that were received damaged.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, you must first email us at customercare@evlnutrition.com to alert us of the damage/issue. If we determine that your product is eligible for return, we will provide a return label. The item must then be returned to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available we will provide a refund or credit for a future purchase. In the event the product being returned to us has no issues/damage, it may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of each item price. 

We only pay for return shipping on damaged/defective products or incorrect orders sent. Shipping must be paid by the customer for all other approved returns.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and will be applied to the original method of payment. This usually is applied within 5-7 business days but may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.

Returns only apply to products purchased from evlnutrition.com. We do not accept returns for purchases made from any other retailer. For purchases made elsewhere, please contact the retailer you bought it from for any assistance with orders.

 

PROMO/FREE ITEMS
It is the customer’s responsibility to add any promo/free items to their order before checking out. We are not able to ship promo/free items separately once an order has been placed.

Promo/free items are only available as supplies last for that particular promotion. If your cart total meets the minimum for a free item but you weren't given an option to add it, it is likely the free item is no longer available for that promotion.

If you are experiencing any issues adding the promo/free items to your order, please email us at customercare@evlnutrition.com or use the Contact Us form BEFORE you place the order and we will do our best to assist you as long as it is within normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST).

 

ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY
We will do our best to accommodate your change if the order has not been shipped out yet. But due to our fast processing of orders, we are generally not able to make changes or cancel your order after it is placed. Please ensure that all information including shipping address is correct, to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on the order.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
EVLution Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, EVLution Nutrition will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
