I’m a BMX rider who feels more comfortable on a bike then I do walking. Whether it’s doing tricks, going fast or just pushing my limits in general, all I want to do is be the best version of myself that I can possibly be!
- ▼WHAT GOT YOU INTO FITNESS?
As a life long BMX rider and growing up a chubby kid haha, I realized that working out can eventually take my bike riding and handling to the next level! After noticing the progression, I took it upon myself to continuously set goals between strength and conditioning and I’ve been addicted since.
- ▼WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF INSPIRATION?
My inspiration comes from the idea that I have zero excuses not to. I tend to tell myself “to do it for those that can’t”. I have no excuse not to push a little harder or farther and I always think that if someone else was in my position, how would they take advantage of it and that always fueled me.
- ▼WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS?
I love long term goals although mine are indirect. My goal is to be the best that I can be in everything I do. The trophies and awards are not what fuels me but the feeling of determination and accomplishment that comes along my fitness journey is exactly what I’m looking for.
- ▼WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EVL SUPPLEMENTS?
My favorite supplements are EVL ENGN pre workout
and the BCAA5000
. Pre workout makes me feel like a super hero before my workouts and the BCAA5000 makes drinking tons of water way easier, with added benefits and the flavors are amazing.
- ▼WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?
My go to exercise is a burpees and jumping squats. It’s simply the ultimate movements for your body and it’s soo easy to break a sweat!
- ▼WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT?
My biggest achievement was running an Ironman Triathlon by myself after saying I would by accident haha story for another day.
- ▼WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING?
What keeps me going is because I want to do the most! Fitness and bike riding have brought me such awesome places and if I wasn’t doing this I’d be sitting at home playing video games or something.
- ▼WHAT'S YOUR GO TO CHEAT MEAL?
My go to cheat meal is pizza, very cliche but I’m basically a pizza connoisseur. When I get the opportunity, I love eating pizza from new places and it’s never the same toppings
