WHAT GOT YOU INTO FITNESS?
I needed a different outlet. I was arrested 3 times for doing graffiti and after the last time, I knew I needed to make a change. I was always into fitness, so I turned all my focus on that.
WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF INSPIRATION?
Honestly, I love hard ass work. I believe that taking the hard path in life truly builds characteristics that you can’t obtain from taking the easy way out.
WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS?
Earn my IFBB Pro card in the upcoming years. After that, I’d like to get into marathon running and eventually hiking mountain peaks.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EVL SUPPLEMENTS?
PumpMode for sure! I use it almost daily. I also really really like the RecoverMode product as well. I use it intraworkout every day!
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?
Anything shoulders. Delts are for sure my favorite muscle group to train.

Aside from caffeine, it’s discipline. I make small promises to myself and make sure I stick to it.
WHAT'S YOUR GO TO CHEAT MEAL?
If i had to choose something dirty, it would for sure be nachos. If I want to keep it clean, I’ll get sushi or poke.
