WHAT GOT YOU INTO FITNESS?
Growing up I was always playing sports at a high level. With these came lots of hours spent practicing and training, which translates to fitness as a lifelong journey.
WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF INSPIRATION?
I truly always aspire to be the best version of myself. In doing so, hopefully others will be inspired to follow the same path for themselves.
WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS?
My goals include living the healthiest and happiest fit lifestyle possible. While being able to enjoy the process every day and still do the things I love.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EVL SUPPLEMENTS?
PUMPMODE, TRANSFORM POWDER, RECOVERMODE, ISOLATE PROTEIN
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?
Bulgarian Split Squats, EZ bar bicep curls, Incline DB press, Under-hand grip lat pull-downs, Barbell upright rows, V bar tricep press-downs
WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT?
My biggest achievements are being able to have a career and still maintain fitness, family and friends in the process. Having balance can be a challenge but determining the best routine for yourself gives great satisfaction and allows you to continue to get better each day and year.
WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING?
I don't use the word motivation. I love fitness and look forward to each opportunity to be active and improve upon it.
WHAT'S YOUR GO TO CHEAT MEAL?
Deep dish bacon, pepperoni, ham and pineapple pizza! Yes, pineapple goes on pizza! :) with a cream cheese icing covered cinnamon bun for dessert.
