For the brownies:

  • 1/2c coconut flour
  • 1/2c cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop EVL Natural Stacked Protein® - Chocolate
  • 1/2c natural peanut butter
  • 3/4c brown rice syrup
  • 1/2c pumpkin purée

- Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Melt peanut butter and brown rice syrup in the microwave for 1min, and then mix wet ingredients into dry. Press into an 8x8 pan, lined with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30min.

For the frosting:

  • 2 scoops EVL Natural Stacked Protein® - Chocolate
  • 4 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 Tbsp stevia
- mix together with a fork, and spread on top of refrigerated brownies!

Store in the refrigerator, makes 9 brownies!
