Why did you get started with your fitness journey?
I got into my fitness journey because I was always the small kid growing up. I was 5'2 90lbs at the age of 20 years old. I was very insecure and didn't have much direction in my life. So, I turned to fitness to change that and I found my true passion and purpose!
What is your ultimate goal with fitness?
My ultimate fitness goal is to become an IFBB Mens Physique pro and spread enough knowledge and motivation to others so that they can change their lives for the better through fitness.
What is your current training program?
My current training program is a 6 day split with 1 active rest day. I hit each body part twice a week with a mix of heavy weights and high volume sets.
What does your diet consist of?
I follow flexible dieting, so I track macros on a daily basis. I typically eat 90% " clean food" meats, grains, greens and I also throw in donuts here and there for fun!

Advise to people starting out with fitness?
My advise to people just starting fitness would be to not follow the hypes or trends and to really focus on what works best for you and what you like doing the most. Create a lifestyle with fitness.
