It’s not that prep gets easier the more you do it, you just learn how to balance everything instead. And make it part of your lifestyle. It’s not supposed to replace your current way of life but instead mesh them together. At least that’s what I think 😊

Growing up I was always active and playing sports. When sports ended I noticed something was missing from my life. Competitions and being active. My mom owned a gym while I was a senior in high school. That is when I really got into lifting. Soon later I would enter my first bodybuilding competition at the age of 19.
